Numerology is the study of the symbolism of numbers. It is used to determine a person's personality, strengths and talents, obstacles to be overcome, inner needs, emotional reactions and ways of dealing with others.

There is a real science behind numerology.  It is based on physics, the science of the laws of governing motion, matter and energy.  In physics, we learnt that everything that exists has motion in the realm of vibratory frequency.  Everything that exists in the universe from an inert rock and minerals to the organs of your body and the very sound of your name, all have their own distinct rate of vibration.  To measure vibration, we need numbers.  Numbers are the key to all mysteries because they unlock the vibration content of any and all things.

•    Each sound has a set rate of vibration that can be measured.
•    Each letter’s numbered place in the alphabet IS its rate of vibration.

 It is the characteristics and elements that will determine who you are and what you are made of.
The numerological chart consists of several cores that represent the different aspects of our chart. There are several important cores that can be taken from your date of birth and name at birth. The core consists of the following elements:

I. Life Path:
The Life Path is the major lesson to be learned in this life, the central focus of a person's existence. The Life Path is at the heart of the core. The Life Path sometimes called the birthplace, birth-path, or destiny. It describes the opportunities available in order to learn the major lesson, as well as the environment — the peoples and places — in which these opportunities are likely to be found. The Life Path is fixed and unchangeable. No one can change their birth-date and therefore no one can change their Life Path. Acceptance of the Life Path allows for full growth and productive development. Confidence in yourself and your direction allow you to move forward to a positive destiny.

II. The Birthday:
The Birthday is a sub-lesson to be learned in this life, a sub-focus on the life path. The Birthday is also unchangeable. It is of much assistance in helping you to choose the right vocation. It is carried with you all through life, but it is most effective between 28 and 56 years.

III. The Expression:
At birth you were giving a full name. Your full name is the key to past experiences that you brought with you from the universe to this physical plane. The Expression is a person's potential natural abilities. The essence of your expression is the vibrations that make up the grand total of YOU.

III. The Soul:
The Soul is a person inner motivation, what you want to be, to have and to do. Soul is what you really want most out of life. It represent your secret ambition, ideal, goal, or aim. It is the way your soul wishes to express itself for complete success.

IV. The Inner Self:
The inner self, as I usually call it, the child within or the hidden voice. It is thought that this is the part of the personality that lies latent until it is needed, at which time it comes forward. Even though it may be called the inner self, this part of the personality often becomes an outer self, since it is used to accomplish goals. Others often see it as it manifests to accomplish goals. It is thought to be a part of the personality used to try to obtain the soul urge and the part that is shown to the world.
The inner self can be compared to the soul urge — what a person is in his or her heart. This comparison gives a more accurate assessment of what the person really is.

V. Maturity Number:
The reality number is considered to be one of the most important numbers in your life. This number will show you what your life is planned for. If you know the plan and try to live up to it's meaning, your life will be meaningful, useful, and happy

Vi. Master Numbers
There are several compound numbers that are considered numbers of mastery and are usually not reduced in Numerology.  It is said that these numbers are bestowed on ‘old souls’, who are here to be of service to mankind. People who have these numbers prominent in their names or Birth Path are aware of a tremendous amount of nervous energy in their lives.  Some can channel it into constructive projects that benefit many.  Others use the energy in its negative aspect and never realize their full potential.  Others use the destructive side and cause great harm. People with these numbers do not always work in the high velocity of this number or they would feel depleted in a short time.  Instead they often work and live in the root digit of the Master number, but the achievement potential is always there.

Vii. Testing Numbers:
There are numbers that can be warning signs for you. They have been called Warning numbers/karmic Debt numbers.  This will give us deeper insight into solving the problem and passing the tests in this life time.

Viii: Karmic Lessons:
The numbers that are missing from our name represent the weak areas in our character, the lessons we are here to learn. All of us seem to have the same problems confronting us time after time.  Chances are, they relate to the missing numbers, and when we know what they are, they can be resolved.
