Deepak Chopra once said "sickness represents the body's inability to reach its natural goal, which is to be in perfect harmony with the mind and soul".

Healthy functioning is a physical as well as emotional, cognitive and behavioural experience and dysfunction in any part of the organismic continuum will affect the whole system.

Any traumatic event will negatively impact the functioning of a person's thoughts, emotions, behaviours and body. The body literally holds and stores all of its history and we can re-access any event that happened to our bodies all the way back to conception.

According to the dictionary, transformation is a change in composition, structure or character.  Obviously then, transformation doesn't mean cosmetic outer changes, but rather inner work on oneself. As we do the inner work we break through the barriers of negativity, trauma, the negative ego, fear and transformation IS possible. As we work on ourselves, we enter the realm of self-discovery and as we continue to work on ourselves we realize our own enlightenment.

Enlightenment is the journey of profound inner transformation and self-realization. It is the mastering of self.  Inner work leads to remembrance of our enlightenment and through own effort one is able to reach perfect awareness and self-knowledge.

Life is about creating and knowing ourselves and we do this by going on a journey of inner exploration and personal development. On this journey we will find aspects of ourselves that we would like to let go of or change. To advance then as humans we must clear our cellular memory of stagnant negative energy.

Traumatic experiences are stored in every cell in the body. As the process of clearing unfolds, we begin to understand just who we really are at soul level. This is the sacred and mysterious journey of the true initiate.

A "new" human being is concealed in each of us. The higher level of teachings is all about our evolution, as we find in all sacred writings. Evolution can therefore be defined as the ability to change into who we are in our highest potential. Even Plato went so far and said. "The unexamined life is not worth living".  Everything we experience affects the physical body; disease, trauma and emotional blockages will come out one-way or the other.

By regularly working on ourselves and following the healing journey of the soul, our bodies will work with us and feel energised, vigorous and healed.
